Location. Being close to Canal Walk, and having a view of Ratanga Park. The detailed instructions on checking in was helpful (although I do think the entire check-in process can be improved).

Arrival. For some reason you need to inform or call the host in order to get to reception. It could be slightly more convenient if security or somebody calls the host upon your arrival (assuming you do not make special arrangements for a late check-in of course).
