Santie charged us for the towels, bed linen nd missing spoon told us that we grease the bedside tables😠 🤔when we get to the venue we found one spoon not 2, we booked the accommodation for 3 night obvious we will use towels nd bedlinen... She told us that we stain the the towels which is ridiculous, how can you use one towel for 3 day's without getting any stain or dirty as for the bedside tables she was making up stories cause she didn't want to pay my full deposit😠😠
