Location location location and the views were beautiful. Safe and secure parking and in walking distance to the beach, coffee shops etc.

Due to Fish Take Aways on the ground floor, oil smell would rise up to the rooms. Also be aware of the place guest policy of only 2 guests allowed to visit you.

All amenities a family could need. No want for anything more. Very clean and neat. Lovely local cafes and eateries.

Entertaining characters in the area at night over weekends, but felt very safe and secure once in the building. Security very friendly and efficient.
