Beware of this trap. The place is disgusting, with the smell of urine everywhere. We waited outside for a full hour before anyone responded. The staff was unprofessional and indifferent. No one addressed any issues. We stayed for just ten minutes and left because of the smell of the sofa, as if someone had urinated on it and it hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair scattered everywhere, and the furniture was worn out. Our payment was not refunded, and Booking.com was unable to help resolve anything. Avoid this place.

We loved the staff and comfortable modern clean stay. Very beautiful view, you get value for your money.

the outside Environment, homeless people making lots of noise after hours and dumbing trash all around the building.

The room was as advertised. Comfortable beds,nice bathroom,kitchen was nice love that there is a washer and dryer.

The location was not really what we had in mind. But overall not bad

The security personnel at the building reception are the real heroes here. Without them, our stay would have been a disaster. A huge shoutout to both the day and night staff for helping with access and making sure our cars were parked safely.

The parking garage remote did not work. We contacted the rental agency and they did nothing to help, so we had to juggle parkings in the visitors area for our entire stay. The second bedroom window had been pried open at some point and was bent on the corner. This window opens onto the common area walkway and, with no burglar bars, it was a security risk as anyone could just pull on the bent corner and gain access to the apartment. The agency ignored the messages we sent regarding this.

It was close to the city and the accommodation was exactly as seen on the website. It had most of the facilities. It had good views of the mountain.

There was no dish cloth and we purchased one. Although there was a T. V., there was no access to Netflix or any other channels unless we subscribed.
