We booked Antrim Apartments and received numerous confirmation letters to confirm this. What you are not aware of is that there are also Antrim Villa and Antrim House!! You have to get the key at Antrim Villa. We were taken down the stairs outside the house to a very small and depressing room without a kitchen as promised by the photo's that we booked. When asking about this, it came out that Antrim Apartments were fully booked and we were just put into this little room without any explanation. The man who booked us in, then went to the manager across the street to talk to him. It was 30°, we were tired and was hoping to get a quick rest before a 3 hour choir rehearsal, so we decided to take a room on ground level which at least had a bay window and was light.

They didn’t have our booking.. although we had been in contact several times. In the end we got a room instead of an apartment..

The location and staff were great.

The TV is in the bedroom. It didn't work. There were no ice trays. The scatter cushions smelt of other people's hair and body odor. The bedroom lights flickered when you put them on and the bedside lamp wasn't plugged into anything and there was a big wet patch on the bedroom carpet. Some attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of this apartment

I still have not received my deposit money - I was lied to!!
