"Antrim apartment stay experience ."

The apartment was clean and beautiful;close to all tourist attractions,soo convenient;well secured ,situated in a beautiful neighborhood.

TV was in a bedroom,I would prefer to be in a sitting area,no DSTV chanells,on our 2nd and 3rd day TV wasn't working ;couldn't get You tube chanell so we have to rely on our phones .

Your had to walk above 500m to go eat breakfast and the Bed we slept on was damaged took them 2days to rectify.

Size, security & location

Check-in and check-out processes are super frustrating. I’m still stuck at the apartment waiting for someone to come inspect the apartment for damages and refund me my deposit. I sent a message to the managing agent yesterday informing them about my checkout time and I have been calling their office for over an hour and no one is answering 😠

The location and apartment was amazing! I enjoyed the swimming pool.

The lady I had to confirm the booking spoke really soft. Asked a few times to speak louder and had difficulty finding the booking number. Yet, when we booked in the guy receptionist helped us with our luggage and showed us the apartment. He was well spoken, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing not to like.
