The entire apartment was not clean and evidence of dirt everywhere.The whole building on the inside reeked of weed. The guest bathroom showers drain was blocked on the very night we arrived. This resulted in the shower overflowing into the kitchen and tv room area. The windows in this apartment was loose resulting in a ear shattering sound every time the wind blew, and blew it did for the entire 4 nights we were there. There is only 1 key so that made it very difficult because we needed to be at different places. The curtains in the main room was broken. The sofa in the tv room area were completely shot and look very tattered and worn. the batteries in the tv remote were not working and had to be fiddled with every time I needed to change the channel. The guest bathroom toilet looked it had some dried poop on the outside bottom of the toilet. Overall our stay was very uncomfortable and we won't be staying here again or recommending it.

Arrived past 15:00 and the unit was not cleaned at all, beds were not made, there were dirty dishes, garbage was still in the building, carpets and mats were dirty and very dusty. We had to leave our belongings in the balcony to give cleaners time to clean the unit, which was cleaned in less than 30 minutes, as we were already there. As a group of 5 we had to share a shower, because the other one was blocked, the water would be everywhere in the bathroom. I informed the relevant person, and was told that someone will be sent and we waited until we left. During the booking, I asked for utensils to be enough for 5 people, but 2 of us had to have breakfast on side plates, we only got more plates later in the day. Checking out time is 10:00 and there was 5 hours of allowance for the property to be cleaned, it was so disappointing we felt like we were not being valued. Imagine getting into an apartment excited, only to get there and it’s dirty. The property owner was informed way earlier that our arrival will be at 07:00 in the morning, we just wanted to rest after waiting all those hours for check-in, but we were now forced to do something else while awaiting the apartment to be cleaned. We could not even sleep during the windy conditions, the windows did not sound intact at all, there was too much noise coming from them, even the painting in one of the room was moving, even though the windows were properly closed.

The pictures are an exact depiction of the room. No catfishing whatsover. Walking in felt like home. Calm and welcoming. Absolutely loved it
