Seaview 10 Monte Carlo Camps Bay

Good location and the friendly owner. The flat is located on the first floor.

The neighboring houses were under construction so it was loud. I used active noise canceling earphones.

The view is beautiful. Watched the sunset on the balcony. It is safe. It has a backup power system. There is enclosed parking. The owner pays attention to detail and checks in with you during the stay.

Would have liked it if the DSTV bouquet included the sport’s channels as the IPL cricket, US masters golf, Two Oceans Marathon and the Amstel cycling race were on during the period of our stay. This is just a nice to have for sports fanatics 😁.

The apartment was cosy yet spacious enough for the 4 of us, very clean and in a stunning location. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and friendly.

Kitchen extremely well stocked, beds extremely comfortable, on the whole facilities excellent

No battery backup for TV, 5 hours load shedding a problem. sofa seat very squashed, kept sliding off. no shops within walking distance. had to taxi for miles to collect and return keys

The pictures of this unit on the site really dont do the flat justice. The accommodation is bright and, although small, very cleverly set up. The apartment boasts really nice finishes and has every convenience one could require. The view is spectacular, and had me starting each day saying to myself "another day in paradise". Although quite close to the beach, its not an easy walk back, so we opted to drive. Maybe a strange thing to love about holiday accommodation, but I gotto say the lush carpets in the bedrooms were gorgeous under the feet. Pamela, the helper, is really amazing, and we arranged at our own cost for her to help us more often, which added more leiaure time. The Hosts are so extremely hospitable and generously share their "piece of paradise". Not enough good things to say about our stay.

We liked everything

Beautiful view, it had all the facilities in the unit that you need. Heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. Easy access to main road and a garage was handy to store golf clubs etc.

During load shedding there is no way to get into the complex so we were locked out for 45 mins until the electricity came back on. We really appreciate the lady that came to clean but she was there all day which wasn’t great as we were trying to work and had to move around to get out of her way, all she needed to do was change bed and wash floor.

It was a homely feel for a family. Warm and comfortable.

Would have liked to have had a welcome greeting from the manager or person in charge, just to know who will be able to assist should any trouble or questions arise.
