It was very quiet and the apartment was spacious. Very clean and exactly what they advertised.

Excellent WiFi, spacious, well appointed kitchen, clean. Appreciated the welcoming little touches like bottled water and chocolates. Ample cleaning materials provided. Secure parking if you have a car. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for travel all over the peninsula with easy access to highways. We were also able to drop our luggage early, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again as it is good value for money.

None of the below was an issue for us, but might be for others. The area is fairly noisy with traffic and neighbourhood sounds. If you want dead quiet, it's not the right choice. There is some shuffling of cars with other guests and the owners when arriving or leaving. Again the owners are very accommodating and we didn't mind, as we were on holiday and back more or less the same time every night. Maitland is also an older, light industrial, mixed residential area which can be a bit run down in places, but we did not feel unsafe travelling at night, security at the residence is excellent.
