Each studio has basic power back up, for the power outages (Load shedding) ( INVERTER + BATTERY ) This back up power keeps the Wi-fi, TV, and lamp next to the TV working for the duration of the outage. Cell phones can be charged with this back up. NB: NO OTHER APPLIANCES (NO HAIR DRYERS etc ) CAN BE PLUGGED INTO THIS SYSTEM, as it will damage the system.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Oh my gosh… if you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Town this has got to be one of the best and good value for money! The location is fantastic with a superb view of the ocean! The facilities (apartment) has everything you need and Shannon and Gordon go the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay! When we visit Cape Town again we will most likely be booking this spot again!

Great room and view and enjoyed our stay. Even extended it by a day

Parking was available but not secure in a garage. Had to park in the street in front of the property.

Mold on the walls, mold in bathroom, needs a quick renovation, bed/ pillows not very comfy
