Very lovely apartment 🫶🏻

Nothing I loved the property.

The property was in a good location for the purpose if the visit. It was also ideal for our family.

I was attracted to the property because of the facilities. Unfortunately the dishwasher was unoperational for the duration of the stay. The maintenance company attended to the broken in cupboard fittings but the machine failed to work. It appeared that a manual was not left on site and despite downloading one and accessing some online video tutorials the dishwasher continued to not function. The toaster was also faulty as it tripped the mains on the DB board.

The place was very clean and cosy. There were enough amenities and I especially enjoyed that the host gave us some coffee pods for the coffee machine. The rooftop pool was icing on the cake. The security guard was very welcoming and helpful. I wish I had a longer stay and I will definitely book again

Location not bad

Didn’t feel clean and the property needs maintenance

Modern building. Good security. Close to main roads, restaurants, shops & schools: Bishops, Rondebosch Boys, etc. Washer-dryer combo worked very well. Good wifi. Although small, nice living room.

Whole stay someone else occupied our parking spot! No aircon. Fans in bedrooms, but weather was terribly windy & hot, so needed to open windows. Main bedroom: blinds makes loud slapping noise when window open. Should install curtain like the other bedroom. Window wouldn't stay open. Terrible blocked-drain smell in 2nd bathroom. Carpets in bedrooms need cleaning. Main bedroom can do with an upgrade.

The apartment had a strong smell which blocked our nose and we had to leave within an hour and a half. There was some hair around the place. The rugs/carpets were not clean.
