The place is superb, beautiful and clean. The pool on the roof is incredible. It gives you a full view of the city, table mountain, UCT, and just everything. My kids loved it. The place is not far from the city. We were able to go to so many places. I am delighted.No regrets.

"Clean, safe, but small."

Generally a good flat and well equipped. Very clean. Safe building with 24/7 security.

Flat is a bit small. Due to awkward cut of the floor-plan this flat consists predominantly of narrow hallways. The rooms are stuffed with furniture which leaves little room to move. If furniture would be positioned a bit different, then this could win some space. On the pictures it looks a bit more spacious. We have been there as a couple with a small child. I would not recommend to rent this flat with four adults.
