The bed linen was clean. Refrigerator is adequate. Space is adequate. Clean towels were provided with a piece of soap and shampoo. Near the Milnerton beach.

TV is small, unmounted, limited DSTv channels and no smart TV capabilities. WiFi was available but password was never given. Air conditioning only preset to 20 degree Celsius. Wall heater non-functional. No hot or warm water in the bathroom, cold showers. No lighting in bathroom during the night. No plates. Location is in between local residential area of Brooklyn.

It was nice to be there,very neat,bed is comfortable,quiet place,the guy in the reception was very friendly, unfortunately I forgot his name,it is a place that I can visit again👌

Doors and walls are paper thin, you do hear almost every noise from outside or surrounding guests, Cleanliness of the unit was not up to standard(far from it) (I'll spare the details and photos) Air-conditioning remote was not in the room, when asked, it was stated that the accommodation removed it due to the loadshedding for saving power due to Eskom. TV had some black "water mark" on it, spoiling the picture(this is known to the staff, yet it has still to be replaced.) A lot of the amneties/things inside the apartment that I was expecting was either broken, half broken or of poor quality because of the amount of times it was used before. The couch and the bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable. My gripe is that I expected an okay place from the photos and the actual apartment did not live up to it. Upon addressing the issue, the manager/owner kindly refunded my money for the remaining stay but told me that it is budget accommodation and you cant expect everything to be perfect. I did not expect luxury accommodation, but I do find it a bit strange that the sign outside said something along the line of "Luxurious self catering accommodation" On a last note, whatever fragrance was sprayed inside before arrival (was really overpowering and unpleasant(for a whole 2 days) I appreciate the quick and painless conflict resolution, unfortunately this is not accommodation that I would return to. I hope that this will help you improve and provide future guests with a better stay than I had.
