"Superb"

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment- all the attention to details (coffee,tea,milk, oil, kitchen utensils etc) made it feel more a home than a short-term rental. Well equipped on-site gym. Great, quiet and secure building in central and safe neighborhood with lots of cafes nearby.

Everything was great.

Nothing negative about the property itself. The constructions works currently in the building is very disturbing during the day.

The upstairs is under renovation and there is a primary school next to it. It is very noisy.

"Acceptable but very small apartment in very noisy location"

No breakfast included. Location close to restaurants.

The building was being refurbished which we were not told about at the time of booking. Dusty and very noisy due to builders on site. Lots of street noise as well.

"Wonderful cottage in the Waterkant area"

As the apartments were not ready, we got a beautiful little cottage in the Waterkant area of Cape Town instead. Near shops, 10 minutes walk from the Waterfront, safe and secure with closed parking. Great contact with hosts. Very nice roof terrace too! The perfect stay!
