Belina - Quayside Canal Front

I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Top tier service, The host was such a great help, he went over and above to help us from collecting us from where we were lost and escorted us to the apartment. The lights are on during load shedding, The wifi connection is super fast and efficient and works during load shedding as well. I had a headache from traveling all day & I was so surprised to see that he had Panado there as a complimentary, as if he know. The staff was professional, friendly and helped me with my bags during check out. The estate has high level security and it is located perfectly near amenities and canal shopping mall. This place honestly ticks all the boxes for me Views ✅ Security ✅ Hospitality ✅ Air conditioning ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Comfort✅ Supplies ✅✅✅✅ Thee absolute BEST!

The pick up was good and the flat was neat clean and tidy. I would come back again if in Cape Town.

The loadshedding

The place is very safe and also the welcoming was good.

1.There was no air-conditioner in the house,2. also my door wasn't burglar guard.But the most fascinating thing is that my flight was at one, and I told the cleaner that but they didn't care about me, I don't know if it is because I'm was a black person, they decided to clean the apartment while I was inside luckily I was alone what if I was with my family, it didn't give me any privacy and all I'm very angry how they operate, I felt like they were chasing me out and was not needed because my money was taken, and they wanted someone else money.. Fair enough I understand it's business but I have book in lot of places different vecations but I have never been chased of an apartment, like it happened through this stay, very bad and I'm not happy.. Give privacy to the guest, yoooh I'm so frustrated my they treat black people like because I'm sure they will never do that to white, Indian, Colored nation.. They told there's is a guest that wants to check in early that's why they chasing me out of the apartment.. But when I told sometime last week that I will be landing at 11 at cape Town they told me that guest are only allowed to check in at 3,so I had to stay at the airport up until my room was cleaned up, but when it is someone they prepare the room fast enough to chase me out because that guest wants to check in a bit early, but when I asked them to check in early they said No I can't so as I had to wait at the airport up until my room was done. How fair is that??? I have never been chased out in an apartment like yesterday.. And I can't recommend that place to anyone because of that.
