Bo-Kaap Family Apartment with Pool Gym

The apartment was very spacious.it was affordable. it was also clean with the exception of mould. Stunning views ,It had all the facilities we needed. The location was safe and not too far from all the places we needed to visit. Attached are pictures of the views

The elevator wasn't working,the staff informed us that it hadn't been working for 3 weeks. We had alot of luggage to carry up and down from the fifth floor down to the first floor. We had to wait for 2 days to get our tag which let us in and out the bottom security gate. The beds were extremely hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. The couch was way more comfortable. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. The bathrooms basins were blocked as well. gym was mediocre. We were not able to use the TV much because of the password situation. But that didn't matter much because we were not on holiday to watch TV. Also the wifi stopped working which .ants are a problem. Water kept falling directly at our front entrance from the floors above us. Not forgetting the noisy people above us at the early hours of the morning. To sum it up, you get what you pay for

The guesthouse exceeded my expectations and the stuff was very friendly. Safety is top tier.

Nothing honestly

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, which offered a stunning view of Table Mountain—a definite highlight of the stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the exit gate of the apartment complex. The beds were comfortable, and clean bedding was provided, which added to a good night's rest.

However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The bathrooms lacked working extractor fans, which led to heavy steam buildup after showers and left a persistent, mouldy smell due to poor ventilation. Additionally, there was an ant problem in the kitchen area that we were not made aware of in advance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but attention to these maintenance and cleanliness concerns would improve the experience for future guests.

Nice quiet place, easy to get to and from.

As a smoker, it would have been helpful to know that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property-make it clear on the listing as not everyone will be willing to literally leave the premises to smoke. The payment had me upset because the way the charges are shown makes it look a lot cheaper than it is-cleaning fee of almost R1000 is ridiculous, especially since no one even cleaned the place once while I was there! Had I know what the total amount was before making the booking, I wouldn't have.

The location was perfect, not far from a lot of places. The staff was very friendly, kind and very understanding. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The room was clean.

The apartment is on a lower level. When people on the above levels clean their balconies, that water runs all the way down to us through drainage pipes. The diffusers were empty, so they couldn't give a fresh smell when you enter the room. However, a few minutes after you've kept the door open for air circulation, everything becomes fine and normal.
