The host Malinda, wow the way we were welcomed just made myself and partner feel so welcome. The apartment itself was fully equiped even with a iron. Great value for money. Strand is an amazing place overall, the apartment was perfect but what made it super GREAT is when you get treated like the most important and that is what I call outstanding customer service that was true and done effortlessly

I am still thinking to see what ddnt we like...but there is absolutely nothing.

"Best stay around Cape Town but not in Cape Town"

The accommodation was on the beach. Almost gave a "private" beach feel. The apartment is on the side of the mountain view, so you do not get views of the sea. When you go down, you get to see the sea and also enjoy a pool. The apartment was value for money my family stayed safely and comfortably there.

The apartment needs a little maintenance here and there. The shower was a struggle to bathe my toddler. The apartment is far from Cape Town city. We spent most of our money on driving in and out of Cape Town.

We searched for 30min to find the establishment. The room is too cramped and decided to leave as it didn't meet our expectation.

The receptionists were lovely..Malinda was really helpful and patient♥️.The WiFi speed was excellent. Oh we also loved the view. The room was beautiful

The pool was closed... Also the water pressure in the kitchen was too much

Proximity to the beach

Unpleasant view Ceiling fans are broken-apartment gets very hot Only 1 fan. Should have another one in the living room-especially when someone is sleeping in the living room. Hooks behind doors are broken Security latch on door broken Light switch for en-suite does not connect properly.
