Location in terms of getting to meetings and UBER pick ups

The check in process was tedious. No proper information from host. Host was extremely slow to answers questions. sometimes phone does not get answered. Unit had a damp smell. Bathroom floors has mould. Teh Toilet brush cleaner container was rusted and this looked untidy in the loo. The toilet always had a weird drain smell. There is an ant problem and it need to be addressed. The sofa in living room space needs to be replaced. The blanket was also unclean and smelled awful.

We recently stayed in an apartment on the 20th floor of 16 on Bree and had a great experience overall. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking perspective of Cape Town. Check-in was seamless and high-tech, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were definite highlights, providing a great atmosphere and incredible views of the city. The building’s central location was also a big plus, making it easy to explore Cape Town’s attractions.

The only downside was the lack of responsiveness. We requested an early check-in, as we were landing in Cape Town from Germany at 10:30 AM, but received no response. Even after following up, we still didn’t get a reply, which was disappointing. Overall, 16 on Bree is a fantastic place to stay, with modern amenities and a prime location. If the responsiveness to guest requests improves, it would be a near-perfect experience!

Property was in a wonderful location and met all expectations.

I liked the area, accommodation was easily accessible, and the lady communicated well in terms of getting the key. The view was spectacular. I have no complaints about the place at all. Will definitely come back.
