Great location and a home away from home.

Great apartment with a stunning view, good location and very friendly hosts!! due to capacity they let us in a few hours earlier and were very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment. It looks nice with a beach vibe to it. Has cleaning equipment and utensils so you don't need to buy any plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Lovely flowers in front which was very very pretty.

There were mosquitoes. Killed at least 4 in one night. White Curtains in master bedroom need washing.. Towels were so old, mu daughter refused to use them and she isn' fussy at all. Didn't blame her. Had to go and buy what we could use. . It is NOT an apartment hotel. It's on top of the owners flat and has steep stairs to climb. I had to haul my luggage down the stairs No help. Was not amused. The power cuts were frequent and there would be no form of electricity, no wifi in that period. There is no Air conditioning in the sitting room. It is hot!!! And no curtains at the other end of it as well. Your neighbours have a full clear view into your space. Very disconcerting. If you open the doors for air, then mosquitoes and flies come in. I was not amused. There is no staff so don't expect any. I booked based on the reviews seen earlier and I didn't enjoy it. If you call an uber, they find it difficult to locate the house You need to frequent the steep stairs and walk out to wait It is not a swimming pool. More like a tub. Found the host unpleasant. I had made a request for an early checkin ad flight early He explained via mail that there would be cleanimg first but was welcome to drop my bags. I arrived early thinking there would be a lobby to wait but there wasnt When I asked him how long he thought the cleaning would take so I had an idea after an overnight flight and wait totalling 11hrs, he got upset and said I kept asking and asking and he told me already I had only asked once via mail and when I arrived. I said ah, are you angry? I just want to know the wait time and he walked off. I hadn't been to the Cape b4 and my daughter and I were tired. We had to walk down the stairs and wait. It was an unpleasant experience. His wife then came and said they would give us a full refund if we were not happy. I explained that had just wanted to know how long to wait.

Location was central and made getting to destinatiions simple and easy. The accomodation was fantastic

The stairs to the unit were challenging but we got used to them quickly.

brilliant location, short walk to V&A waterfront, supermarkets and restaurants. Very spacious with quality fittings. Owners helpful with excellent communication.

Hosts Theo and Erna were friendly, kind and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was bright, spacious and spotless with everything you'd need for self catering. The area is perfect for exploring all areas of central CT and felt very safe. Our only regret was we were not staying for longer.
