"This apartment is not good."

The view on the balcony was the only thing worth it in this apartment.

The apartment was extremely hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. An air conditioner is necessary! The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were very poor quality (the fluff inside of the pillow was out at some places, it was uneven which made it very hard to sleep). The iron was useless. I had to press my clothes several times and they still did not look ironed. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire stay (connected without internet). We reported it twice to the front desk. First Report: No proper assistance and no follow-up. Second Report: The lady asked us to send pictures of the Wi-Fi via WhatsApp, which we did. When we were already leaving to go out, she only then informed us that someone would come in 20 minutes to check the Wi-Fi. We went back up to the 6th floor and waited 20 minutes, no one arrived. We decided to leave and told the lady down to forget it, the front desk lady was not helpful at all and was more interested in contacting someone than listening to us that we were in a hurry to leave. The shower water kept stopping and starting. At times we had to wait a long period for the water to come out. We reported this as well and the front desk forwarded messages, I think it was from the manager saying that there's always issues in the apartment and theres not much that they can do about it.
