The booking.com advertisement of the accommodation is confusing as it is advertised as the Superior Mayfair apartment, but we were booked into the Deluxe apartment. The images featured as per booking.com displays multiple images of both apartments under the name "Superior Mayfair Apartment" Why is this so? Why not separate the two different apartments? It comes across as false advertising and hence the confusion!!!

Excellent and secure location.

Toaster was faulty Light in passage didn't work Intercom was out of order which caused delay on entering the parking area.

"For the amount of money that we paid and compared to other places it was a rip off"

The location was good

It stated that there were free toiletries. For 4 nights we received 2 coffee pods and 2 tiny gels. For what we paid this was unacceptable. The toaster did not work. The host said it would be easy to get in and out...it was a huge problem as every time we went in or out we had to use the visors side. Security said the host should have loaded a current photo. The carpet in the lounge kept on tripping you up. There were no blankets abd it was far too hot for a thick duvet.
