The location, it was well located and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend it to friends and would certainly go back there.

Parking lot was very difficult

The location was closer to the shops and public transport. It was a really quiet place to be which is what we were looking for as a family.

Not much sun on the apartment meant it was cold most of the time

The apartment is very spacious. The living room and kitchen is a great open space. We liked the lollipops as opposed to chocolates on the bed - nice alternative I loved it that it is only one block away from the promenade. We could go for long walks. It is very near to the Mojo market and other interesting little shops and restaurants. The Oranjezicht market which is on Saturdays is also nearby. Very safe apartment

There is only parking in the street. We were a bit concerned about our car at night
