no breakfast, no cleaning of room even though we were charged for that, no changing of linen all three days, wi-fi was not working all these three days, some of the rooms were smelling dagga through to the passages and passages were dirty

I liked the size of the room.

There were cockroaches, balcony was dirty and my sheets were never changed during my stay.

The room was very nice, the bed and the shower much comfortable, and the kitchen useful.

The wifi did not work the whole time, even if the reception staff provided me of another connection, that one did not work either. The location is really bad, to reach the centre by foot I had to pass trough a very dangerous zone, even the police stopped me to alert me and give me a lift, advising me to always take an Uber. Then I expected to find an accessible pool, and so it was not, and also in two days in the room I saw I do not know how many bugs passing between my feet

I liked the apartment, it was indeed cozy especially since I was travelling alone. It had everything I needed, clean towels, bar fridge, TV etc.

I didn't like the location. It was a mixmash of modern and old. I took a walk to the Spar and witnessed someone getting mugged so I immediately felt unsafe. I suspect the owner in not in CPPT because the cleaning was bad, spoons were dirty and the cupboard with cutlery was also not clean. If owner is around, they must check these things.
