Good communication

The decor and furnishings were very high end and comfortable. It was a stunning property. The kitchen was dreamy. We loved the cleaner who was so helpful.

The pool wasn’t that easily accessed. Maybe add a hand rail on the wall going in to it. The step going into the gate is a bit awkward in the dark, the step could do with being made bigger. Being on 4 floors it’s not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our family of 6. The view from the rooftop was nice. It’s in a convenient location to walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store. We did longer walks through the Bo-Kaap to the CBD and the V&A Waterfront. The daily housekeeping and washer/dryer was an added convenience for our 8 night stay.

The bathrooms were very spacious.

There were no curtains, so it got very bright in the morning. Also the hot water didn’t work at all times, so we always had workers coming in during the day, which was quite annoying. The staff were also very loud in the morning, so we could always hear them.

Amazing stay, exceeded our expectations. The pool was amazing. Incredible roof top views of table mountain! Definitely worth it! The housekeeping services were excellent. Timeous responses to our requests where needed. The house is fully equipped with all items if you prefer to cook. There is no braai area however the facilities to cook indoors are full functioning.

The house was really nice! All the rooms were great and had large tubs. The rooftop was really enjoyable and you can see Table Mountain and the ocean as well. Location was great, very easy to Uber to the V&A Waterfront if needed. We were glad there was space for parking. A little difficult as it's on a hill, but not terrible. There is a Spar close by if we needed anything and cute coffee shops very close by. We loved our housekeeper, she was amazing.

Small things but the pool doors were broken so we didn't end up using the pool for fear we would break something. The doors of the showers were not built in a way that would keep water out, so it would end up going everywhere.
