"Great location in leafy surburb. Spacious studio room & kitchenette"

Room had a/c and we had use of the pool which was v welcome as it was the hottest day of the year! Lovely big room with great little kitchenette area.

We had rather a lot of luggage and had 2 lots of stairs! Would book room on ground floor next time!! Secure parking available but only for regular sedan cars.

"A tranquil stay in an all you need for comfort accommodation - in foresty Newlands"

Excellent location for walking in the beautiful Newlands suburbs and to the local restaurants. The apartment was Spacious and very comfortable with all that one needs. The tranquil old oaks in the garden were a treat for quiet time.

La situación es muy conveniente si te gusta el senderismo, puedes acceder a múltiples rutas de senderismo saliendo a pie del lugar. El barrio es tranquilo y muy agradable para pasear, tiene la estación del metrorail que cubre la línea entre Cale Town y Simon,s Town relativamente cerca, así que fácilmente puedes acceder a las playas de Muzinberg y a la ciudad. Claremont, además de la estación dispone de un centro comercial con dos supermercados. A trescientos metros está un hermoso y agradable pub (el más antiguo de la ciudad) además hay restaurantes de diversas tendencias.
