La Palmera - Island Club Canal Front

The location is great. It was a quiet and relaxing stay.

The sliding door doesn’t lock - bit paranoid. The extra small towels were not sufficient. Rather say bring your own. The hairdryer provided came without a plug to put it into. They should consider adding a fleece blanket as it was quite cold or perhaps a heater. I used the dri buddy.

untidy floors, no staff to attend us through our entire stay, linen was dirty. electrical appliances not working, security was not at the gate near the property.

The kitchen was dirty .The name was "LA SAVINA," not "LA PALMERA," which created difficulty in finding the place .

The properties location is of the best places I’ve had stayed in Cape Town

The flat wasn’t serviced at which is a bit of disappointment. One would expect for the price you’re paying that it will be service daily.
