Prime location for an unsatisfactory apartment

We had been promised a 2 bed place to accommodate a couple and a child. The 2 beds were a double bed and a sofa bed which we would have been happy with if it was provided. Unfortunately there was no sofa bed or bedding for our son on arrival. They delivered bedding later on but our son had to sleep uncomfortably on the settee for the night. We cancelled the 2nd night but it has been a nightmare trying to get a full refund sorted. They only agreed to a partial refund of the 2nd night and stopped communications via WhatsApp and wouldn't answer any calls. Booking.com helped as much as they could to settle things but the whole experience was very unpleasant trying to get a refund. It was not our fault that what was advertised was not provided but we paid for it in the end. Very sad that we were treated so poorly.

nothing I liked just the view and the location were amazing but the apartment were very disapointing also I furniture have a very bad smell I kept living room door open all the time to breath normally as I have asthma, also key was not there I waited 50 minutes for the owner to bring they were careless kitchen utensils in a very bad conditions and dirty and when I asked for an early checkout the owners Waleed and Khaled blocked me on WhatsApp and they did not respond back as all , I escalated to booking they said they cannot do anything !!!

I recently stayed at this rented apartment and it was utterly disappointing. The place was dingy, outdated, and just plain ugly. The furniture was old and worn out The appliances were ancient and barely functional, the bathroom was grimy and smelled of mold, and the bedrooms were cramped and uncomfortable. The overall lack of cleanliness was evident from the moment I walked in, and I couldn’t wait to leave. I killed a cockroach in the bedroom. The rental guys was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns, leaving me feeling trapped in this awful apartment.

The location was perfect very close to Canal Walk

No cleaning was done at all. We didn't know where to dump the rubbish bin therefore stuck with it all 3 days. We had to do towel laundry everyday because nobody came to change towels and clean, couches are broken and worn out. The bed is large bed right but with separate single bed mattresses put together one is shorter than the other was not comfortable at all.
