"Nice, peaceful and quite place to stay."

Location, apartment, security and parking

The onboarding process was quite frustrating. The contact person wasn’t answering calls, and my phone wasn’t working properly. Even after trying a different number, we couldn’t reach her until we asked security for assistance. It felt like a mission just to get in touch with the person responsible for handing over the key. When we finally did, her instructions about the required documentation were unclear. However, she was responsive via the Booking.com chat, which helped somewhat. That said, once we got past the initial hassle, the place itself was very nice and comfortable.

"Home affairs style checkin process"

Convenient location.

Horrible check in procedure with officiousnes staff left my mother waiting for an hour in the sun at the gate until 3pm. Then directed her to a parking that was full.

It had a washing machine.

They called me complaining about noise which I didn't make. And then proceded to ask why I was doing my washing. None of their business. I booked a place specifically to do my washing because I was travelling. Not great man. And I had no sleep because I needed to get up to my washing super early.

"Secure and comfortable stay"

Apartment was very spacious and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen well suited to cooking requirements as well. Close proximity to Canal Walk Shopping Center is very convenient. Located in secure complex with and felt safe during our stay,

Bed not as comfortabe as we would have liked. No airconditiong, however fan supplied was able to cool room down sufficiently.

"The admin lady is very rude!!!!"

Location

The administration was extremely bad, stood for an hour at the gate and it was at night waiting for the access code, my calls were not being attended. The person kept on saying they will get back to me. I needed an invoice for my company and it was sent days late. One glass broke mistakenly and I had to pay R50, the glass cost less than R20 at pep. The lady/admin lady was very rude over the phone and kept on dropping calls.
