Cleanliness and location

The bed is particularly bad, creaking and sagging. We had terrible night trying to fit in some sleep before an early departure. No flyscreens allowed mosquitos to enter room with no provision of Peaceful Sleep or similar. The bath/shower is plain hazardous and not suitable for elderly couple. The street light shines directly into room, but you cannot close curtain as the room becomes hot and stuffy. A fan was provided but it is noisy.

Conveniently close to Panorama Mediclinic. Well maintained room with modern feel and large wardrobes. Liezl made sure we lacked nothing and always responded immediately to any requests. Lovely Superspar, restaurants, Clicks and shopping center a minute away by car. Will recommend Palm Zicht to friends without hesitation

The bath/shower is a bit difficult for older people. There is a step and a wide rim to negotiate. To plug the bath you need to first climb into it. But water is a nice temperature with good water pressure.

The shower and stairs in the bathroom is not the best option for older people.

Nice and clean and comfortable. Lovely views of Table Mountain and the city lights at night. Liezel was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely recommend it.
