Location was excellent.Easy access to airport and central Capetown Very clean and fresh. Comfortable and roomy apartment.

Entrance door was hard to open and close, due to it been rained on so the wooden door was swollen. Needs to be attended to. All doorways and doors need to freshened up with a coat of paint. Intercom to the security gate in the complex is not working. Bedroom lamps are needing to be repaired . All metal fixtures are rusting and unpleasant to see. Need to supply kitchen cloth/swab and refresh coffee sachets. A bit old tasting. These are all suggestions to improve the apartment.

It was a very clean and comfortable unit with a great location. Traveling to Cape Town for activity was easy

Too much noise with building alterations in another unit
