Carvoeiro Bay Apartment

Clean, comfortable, location, views

Pool and lounge chairs needed some repair, and we would have liked additional bath and beach amenities. Would have also liked easier access to garbage and recycling bins.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and functional but would benefit from updating.

It was at the top of the hill but the walk up and down kept us fit. The property was nice and quiet.

Just to fix the intercom/gate which wasnt working.

Fab apartment in great location. The place had absolutely everything you could want and we could hardly fault it.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the town centre and beach. Lovely spacious apartment equipped with pretty much everything you'd need. Quiet and peaceful pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Great outside terrace area with table and chairs, we loved to cook and then eat out on the terrace. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Carvoeiro.

The apartment was stylish and clean, offering a comfortable and visually appealing space for our stay. The shared pool, located right off the back terrace, was a wonderful feature, complete with loungers and tables, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Beach towels were provided in addition to bath towels, which was very convenient. The apartment was also well-equipped with cooking tools like a coffee maker, pots, and pans, which made preparing meals easy. Its location was another highlight—very close to the public beaches and a charming little town. The views of the ocean and cliffs were simply stunning, making our stay even more memorable.

Despite the positives, there were a few drawbacks. The communication was a bit spotty trying to get the details to enter the apartment. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools, there were no basic provisions like tea or coffee pods, which meant we had to venture out and search for them ourselves. The checkout rules were also somewhat excessive. We were required to take out the trash, which would have been acceptable if the bins were conveniently located in the building. Instead, we had to wander down the road with trash bags in hand, which was not what we expected after paying for a nice place to stay. These issues slightly dampened an otherwise pleasant experience.

Location was excellent, apartment nicely laid out and the kitchen adequately equipped. Three issues were addressed immediately and with professionalism and courtesy.

Lack of disabled access on the ground floor. Ramps are needed around the pool area where there are two step downs.

Great location. Perfect set up and well appointed. The pool is great for the kids and only a few steps from the patio doors. We all loved it.

Nothing negative to say, it was perfect for our needs.
