Very helpful, dedicated hosts at the reception desk, waiting for us to arrive to hand us out the keys. Good beds, all facilities are as described, full kitchen+dishwasher+washing machine. Good location, 5 min walk from the beach.

Light at the apartment was a bit dim, especially in the kitchen and at the dining room.

Lack of communication. Very cold bedroom without heat

The location is great and it only gets a bit noisy after 10am (dogs). The flat is well equipped, very spacious and cool in summer. The view is good and the flat was very bright. There is limited parking in front of the house, but the hotel reception also has plenty of parking spaces.

Some of the crockery could be replaced (pan) ;)

Excellent appartment very central

The location is great. The apartment is very good. This place is extremely roomy and perfect for a family.

The only thing we could pick is that the beds are super hard. At times there were ants on the kitchen bench and the main bedroom upstairs bathroom needs to be cleaned behind the toilet on the floor. We did find that the hot water would run out very quickly. The photo is from the back patio.

The location to beach , shopping and restaurants was great .

I did not realize it was above a bar that had loud music playing everyday until 2:00 AM. So that at times was a bit much for us . Also, the living area had air conditioning but the bedroom did not , had a fan which was an issue for my husband. One night a pipe burst so we didn’t have water , but we ran to the grocery store and got some bottles so it was ok , was back on by the morning . Not something that could have been prevented . But having said all that Teresa was very nice and accommodating .

The apartment is spacious, having everything needed for a couple on holiday. With a kitchen well equipped a shower room with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Even a washing machine makes this a home from home. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is good enough for a drink for two, watching the world go by. The apartment's location, Carvoeiro, is great if you are planning on exploring the Algarve. This central position means you are only 30 mins drive from most popular resorts.

So I don't want to criticise something the owners can't influence but I also have a duty to be informative with a review. We did have a couple of issues both of which the owner dealt with quickly and I couldn't rate her customer service more highly. You will see on some reviews people criticising the air conditioning. The unit was replaced whilst we were there and is now working perfectly. On another matter we are a couple in our late 40's. The apartment couldn't be more central in the town. It means it's busy, bustling and noisy. For us it was too much but for some it would be a perfect location for an exciting holiday. To give an example in late August the stage (yes you read that correctly there is a stage in the square in front of the accommodation) you can enjoy live music most every night. On the Saturday the party went on till 4 am but most nights it's into the early hours. To sum up: For the right guest this would be the perfect stay. I gave the accommodation an overall 8 because it's great it's well serviced but the bustling nightlife was just not our thing. We will look for something quieter in future.

The ground floor room had a water leak coming from the bathroom above. There was no air conditioning in the ground floor bedroom.
