Santai Sands - with Sea and Mountain Glimpses!

We loved the area we were in. Easily accessible to facilities and room provided lots of equipment which made making food great.

The room was actually a little dirty. Cockroach in the curtains, bathroom folds very easily.

The main pool area and staff at Oaks were great and friendly. I will be booking through Oaks next time and staying at an Oaks owned apartment not a privately owned

The room was booked through the owner of the unit, NOT Oaks. The room had not been cleaned, waited 1 and half hours for room to be cleaned, room was ready at 4.30pm. Received a reminder by the owner next day to be out by 10am. The range hood was hanging out of ceiling, so I could not cook. A/C / heater didn't work.The shower floods the toilet floor area, and the towels are old and are like cardboard. When I questioned the rooms not being cleaned, I was told I was being "aggressive, and it would be sorted, which none of it was accept the cleaning. They have a late check-in at 3 pm.which sux, and also advertise private pool, which they don't. It's a shared pool with the rest of the resort.

Hot Stone massage given by inexperienced 17yo therapist was way below standard, lovely young lady but money down the drain for me, bad reflection on the resort!
