Acquamarina Appartamenti

The location of Aquamarina Appartamenti is excellent, and the staff was very polite and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the housekeeping was a big disappointment. When we checked in, the room was fairly dusty, and I even had to clean the closet myself with a wet wipe because it was in such poor condition. There were also a lot of spider webs around, which made the place feel neglected. During our 9-night stay, the sheets were never changed, which was honestly quite gross. Towels were exchanged only once, which felt insufficient for such a long stay. Additionally, the laundry service, which was advertised as free of charge, was very inconvenient. The first time we tried to use it, it was difficult to even locate, and once we did, it was closed. The schedule didn’t suit us at all, so we ended up doing our laundry at a nearby place and paying for it. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the lack of proper cleaning and basic maintenance really affected our experience.

The Appartment was big and clean . The furniture was brand new and the bed was very comfy . The host was very nice and even let us use the pool nearby. Overall it was a very lovely stay, we will surely come back.
