das appartment ist noch recht neu und entsprechen auch den fotos.die lage top: keine 10 minuten vom strand und gerade mal um die ecke (3 minuten)ist man auch schon im stadtzentrum.2 minuten zu fuss gibt es einen mercato coperto mit frischwaren(Obst,Gemüse,Fleisch;Brot usw),ebenfalls den Stoccoli wo man sowohl Frühstücken wie Hauptmahlzeiten bekommt sowie Eis,Cocktails,Snacks (piadina,toast)usw.Die Geschäfte und Bars Und Restaurants sind einfach zu erreichen.ausserdem gratis parking im keller und alle türen werden mit dem code geöffnet

es gibt ein foto welches eine terrasse zeigt.es gibt 3 appartments aber nur das appartment /residenz 1 hat eine terrasse,die residenzen 2 und 3 haben keine terrasse.wir hatten die residenz 3 auf dem 3. stock ,ohne terrasse aber diese wohnung ist ein duplex :auf jedem stock gibt es ein doppelbett und badezimmer mit wc.war auch gut aber die terrasse wäre auch schön gewesen

Beautifully decorated and designed apartment, well equipped and super comfortable, close to the local market and not in a touristy area. We ate well in a couple of restaurants within walking distance

Beautifully appointed apartment with lots of space and very convenient for the town and area. The team were very helpful and even supplied a tea pot when we mentioned the cups were to small to make tea. Excellent service.

The bed was a little hard.
