Pools comfortable condo great for family close to seaside mall

Clean, spacious, affordable and near all the amenities. Get a taxi, take the back road if you are heading to sm mall.

I wish they had a washing machine

It wasn’t disclosed that the pool was only half functioning and the rest was under a large renovation. Basically the pool was barely functioning unless you were walking around construction materials and tools. Shower water consistency was also not great.

The location will be good when all the development is finished .... It was confusing collecting the keys , the guards were not expecting us and took us to a sitting area , after a while one did arrive with the keys .The 50 metre pool is good but the childrens pools were closed for repair , The apartment is a fair size on 4th floor reached from a lift in the parking area which is fine .The guards on the gate are very helpful ... ordering Taxi and giving you directions , all generally clean and tidy but renovation works going on around the building . Best to get a Taxi to Lapu Lapu to find a nice beach but you will need to pay .... around an hours drive... Mountain tour by taxi a good day out for 4500 peso.... not so sure about the 1000 plastic roses on sticks ... but they did make us laugh...

No internet channels on TV , were told to use our own accounts as owners did not pay for them , they agreed to visit and did sign us on to Netflix as a guest which was fine thankyou There is a broken sliding door window to small balcony which was covered in dirty tape ... The freezer is useless , any frozen food bought defrosts within an hour even though setting on full.. no good for ice cream etc..... electric shower hardly heats water at all so brace yourself . Location will be good when all development is finished , you need to cross a very busy six lane road without any traffic lights to get to the sea side walk , traffic speed is great , no one even tries to slow down when they see you , for a family with a buggy so so dangerous , tried it twice , on the second time nearly got flattened by a large lorry .... you need to call for a taxi who will take you round the loop road and drop you on the other side or take you to the SM Seaside Mall which has everything you could ever need

Brand new everything in the unit I didn’t understand the flooring that was missing the grout?? But that didn’t take seat from the splendid furnishings

I liked everything Oh reminder … one of the pools is being redone…. Will probably take the rest of the year

Accommodating host, very clean, good wifi, great swimming pool and good location, walking distance to restaurants. Finding taxi is easy from this place.

No nearby convience store. Can easily be fix by buying things that you might need beforehand. 😊

This was extremely peaceful location, clean, with excellent swimming pool. Close to SM Seaside
