breakfast not applicable, location was great, walking distance to restaurants, cafe's , mall and not too far from nightlife.

only the elevator, seems to take forever, being a very busy building ..Understandable though.

The unit itself is nice, it has a nice view and the host was very accommodating and kind.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted in term of size and location, however from day 1 we noticed there were cockroaches all over the apartment. We counted at least 30 over the course of our stay including a massive one in our bedroom. We lodged a complaint with the caretaker of the apartment and the manager. Neither were proactive in dealing with our complaint. We were told that the whole building had issues with cockroaches. We stayed in 41E for a week, and then moved for 2 nights to 43P, but they managed the cockroaches far better in 43P as we had no issues there at all. The owner and manager of 41E need to do a far better job and respond better to their customers. There customer service was appalling.. Suggest that anyone planning to stay here avoids apartment 41E.

The rooms and bed were comfy and the pool was lovely.
