The location and room is Good. NETFLIX and WIFI are superB. The contact person maam Yen is very accomodating which made our stay feels like home. We will surely book this property the next time.

Location of the property is near Sugbo Mercado, Ayala Malls, coffee shops, transport terminal (if you're going to TOPS Cebu there's a shuttle also here), and convenience stores. Property is spacious, beds are comfy.

The TV was not connecting to the network so we couldn't use it for Netflix. The faucet below the shower is leaky, so if you're going to shower, the faucet also uses water (maybe time to fix it to save on water costs?)

Finding the property. The name of the building wasn't stated clearly. In Philippines, they do not really state the address. The pin in booking app was wrong. I had to spend 2 hours to find the property. The pictures on the app showed the surroundings and didn't clearly state the entrance. This led me to a wild goose chase to other buildings.

"Happy and contented during my stay. The host also is very kind, considerate and responsive."

Almost complete and almost perfect! It is very accessible to almost all your daily needs.

Hope there's a free drinking water dispenser like other condos or a gallon of water and pump will do. The bed also is noisy, hope they can fix it. All others, perfect we loved it. If they can find solutions for these, then I agree it is already 100% perfect.
