"good location and value"

Right across the street from SM mall. Good location for what we needed.

It could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. There are 3 elevators and only 2 were operating. There wasn't a sensor for the elevator therefore, it still stopped on floors when no one was there as they took another elevator! There are more than 20 floors. Imagine, the wait required for an elevator. We stayed here twice and the same elevator was inoperable. This is not a complaint about the unit, but more on the management of the building.

"Great place to stay."

The ambiance, location, and the smell of the unit. Complete kitchen utensils Netflix available, free wifi, and it's near to all establishments such as like SM and Radisson.

The Aircon is not so cold. There are no disposable slippers.
