"The apartment itself was not a good value for the price."

The property is near. And very accessible.

It looked like it was not prepared. It was dirty and did not provide all the ammenities that was indicated in the description. No toiletries except for 1 roll of toilet paper. The toilet is dirty. And it was not indicated that the pool isage is only good for 2 persons per apartment and the rest have to pay the amount of 1000 pesos.
