The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and understanding. The building is in a great location, walking distance to I.T Park, malls and a short cab to the town centre. Fast internet and comfy bed. Air-con works well and pretty quiet. The staff downstairs are friendly and helpful.

Toiletries were not provided as mentioned on the package, which I didn't mind as I brought my own. However, once the owner knew, she provided them straight away. Would be nice to have shower curtains to avoid water spraying on the floor.

The location is nice. The owner is nice. Room is spacious. All are great.

However, the building staff are arrogant. 1. They make you pay for the parking without any receipt. 2. I don’t know maybe they are not happy with their work, they won’t even answer directly where to find the lockers. Scenario: 1. We ask them what to do next. They just answered “you booked this online right? Just ask them” 2. We had a food delivery. I went down to get it. Lady guard said “ayaw mo pataka ug pa deliver sa inyo delivery! Dili mana pwede pa deliveran sa atubangan”. 3. About parking again. They don’t have the list of vehicles or people who already paid for the parking. 1 night they won’t let us park because we haven’t payed for the parking yet. We already paid for 2 night BTW. It takes time just to let them know that we already paid. Imagine you are so tired for the whole day and just want to relax after. However they piss you off just because tgey don’t have the list. ⚫️I give 4 out of 5 for the room and the owner. ⚫️For building management 0 out of 5. From check-in to check out. Nothing is good.

Location. Walking distance to AYala center and IT Park. Plus a breakfast cafe in the lobby

Bathroom needs a shower curtain. The bathroom floor could get slippery. Otherwise, all good.

Hour and half, for check in, no soap or shampoo, run down old, ,,, good side,, great view, huge window over looking Cebu

Pleasing room ambiance and aesthetic, comfortable bed, with kitchen and dining equipment, location is a bit of a walking distance to IT park but manageable.

There was a roach, bedding felt already used, no proper drainage near the bathroom sink (water accumulated there)
