The location is great. It is quiet despite being locked in the heart pf the city. The room was clean. The security guards are helpful

The owner was hard to reach due to her being in a location with limited signal. We we're having a hard time opening the room due to the check in instructions that we did not receive. But dispite the set back we where able to reach the owner and the issue was resolved.
