I like the ambiance, the cleanliness, the completeness of the things needed in the kitchen, the comforter and pillows are clean, the location, and the owner is nice and quick to respond to concerns and questions. I can highly recommed the place. nice balcony view experience!

The wifi is kinda slow.

This location is perfect. The unit has everything you will need. The bed was impressive, all the other facilities were thoughtfully chosen. I am certainly going to use this facility again when I go back to Cebu.

Thought that we can get the terrace view. Was not informed ahead of time that it's depending on the availability.

Accessible and clean

They didn't inform the occupant about the under maintenance facility( pool). My reason of staying is the accessibility ang has pool for my kid. We are informed by the guard that we can't use the pool. We keep on asking for refund so that we can transfer to other legit condo-tel but responded very late na. Diritso kaltas sa renta pero hindi totoo sa pinopost.🥺
