The location is good, I have always booked on this property with the same host.

I have always booked the same host whenever I have meetings in Cebu city. However recently the rooms I got have always been not so clean. Although the surface is clean, I can still smell the dust from the AC, The restroom was not thoroughly cleaned as well. Even the trash bins I still found trash inside of it. And the WIFI comes on and off. As a working traveler this is inconvenient especially mobile data cannot have good signals sometimes. Also, I was disappointed with the additional payment asked by the establishment itself. The caretaker says it's a new policy, I don't agree that this should be shouldered by guests since it is not stated in the booking details. Thus should be shouldered by the host. This agreement should be between the host and the management of the condo.

Do not book this place. My experience was a complete disaster and felt like a total scam. ​Financial Dishonesty: I had a confirmed booking price on Booking.com, but upon arrival, the staff demanded an extra 200 Pesos without any prior notice. When I questioned this later, they claimed it was a "new admin policy" from this year—yet it was never mentioned during check-in or on the booking page. It feels like they are just pocketing extra cash from tourists. ​Room Condition: The photos on Booking.com are a complete lie. The floor in the room was broken; the tiles were loose and actually moved when you stepped on them. ​Disgusting Bathroom: The bathroom was in a horrific state. It was filthy, covered in limescale, and had visible mold on the walls and in the tile grout. Even the doors were dirty and rotting. ​Poor Service: The woman who checked me in seemed like she hated her job and was incredibly unhelpful.
