Very beautiful, cozy and very well equipped apartment. I can only agree with the other reviews, it's one of the best vacation flats I ever stayed in in this price segment. We felt very comfortable and safe right from the start, it even has a parking space in a garage for the guests. Also the location of the flat is perfectly situated to do trips to Spindlermühle and the Schneekoppe (ca. 25minutes to either location but in opposite directions). We can also highly recommend the nearby Café Papirna which is ca. 10 min. walking distance from the flat.

The balcony is very small, even a bit too small for two people who have long legs and its without a table. I would maybe add a small table hanging from the banister of the balcony so you can put your coffee somewhere as well as a cozy light in the livingroom and maybe a TV in the bedroom but those details are just icing on the cake! There is a construction site nearby where they built a new house (this review is from August 2025). During our stay there was hardly any noise but I can imagine that maybe thats different sometimes.
