Great location, quiet neighborhood.

It was a little dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and kitchen was not real clean.

This bnb was verrryyyy accommodating. From the location, to the communication, to the little snacks left in the kitchen for us. The time we had was exceptional!!!! Definitely will be coming back again. All around 5 star review. I highly recommend this bnb to anyone that's wanting a nice getaway in the Charlotte area

Nice house in quiet surroundings with good infrastructure around. Nice strolling/ running routes in the green just around the corner. Parking is right in front of the house. Well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fly screens on every window. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, enough dishes to fill the dishwasher. We also appreciated the free water bottles, pepsi cans as well as the chips and sweets a lot! :-) WiFi and heating worked perfectly. The host is very friendly and helped us with all our questions.

Unfortunately, the terrace gets hardly any sun which is nice in summertime. But temperatures were not high enough yet, so we could not use it as much as wanted during our stay.

Door code along with an early check-in were provided by the host.

Booked and paid for an entire month and had to leave after two nights. We were in town to purchase a new home / relocate. We booked the place on the strength and number of positive reviews (120+) after cross-referencing other sites. Unfortunately, our experience was not the same. On arrival, the overwhelming smell of floral air freshener permeated the entire place, which did not dissipate after opening doors and windows for hours. Open packets of "air freshener" on top shelf of each closet. Clearly, an attempt to mitigate underlying smells that became apparent when the heat ran that first night. The carpet is beyond in need of replacement, and old smells of pet urine etc where present in the upstairs bedroom when lying in bed. We did not feel comfortable removing shoes based on its condition. Large streetlight right outside the upstairs bedroom. Blinds were insufficient to block light for sleeping. Several of the. blinds are broken and in need of repair. Did not feel safe in area with constant presence of homeless begging at corner or present in commercial parking lots nearby. The road noise from 51 was an issue while sleeping. Drag racing, emergency vehicles etc. Host provided white noise machines along with a jar full of foam earplugs. City living, I know, and out of host control, but it is still a factor. The pictures show a bright and inviting environment but the reality is that it is dark and everything made of fabric is dingy and in need of replacement. After two days, we could not stand the smell any longer and left following the provided checkout instructions. We let the host know we had vacated the property and why. The communications with the host online were cordial and he offered to try and re-rent it for a partial refund if successful, but we ended up paying the full amount for the month. We had to secure another place to stay for the month, and lost what we paid for in advance - several thousand dollars.

The location is great quiet and family friendly close to downtown Charlotte

The hosts were amazing and were always quick to answer any questions. There are loads of restaurants and shopping options in the area. The pool was very convenient, especially since we were there during a heat wave. We had everything we needed in this townhome for our small family.
