"Zentral, modern, hat alles was man braucht."

Palazzo Giani liegt direkt in der autofreien Altstadt, wo man einige gute Restaurants findet. Es hat einige Parkplätze in kurzer Gehdistanz. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet in einem renovierten Gebäude mit schöner Gewölbedecke. Es gibt einige schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Das Zimmer hat keine Aussicht. Für eine Übernachtung ist das ok. Da wir 2 Nächte im Giani waren und es am Nachmittag regnete, empfanden wir dies schade. Ansonsten gibt es einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenützung. In der Dusche hat es Schimmel an der Decke, was man auch riecht, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Für eine ausreichende Lüftung soll die die Klimaanlage sorgen. Leider schaltet diese aus, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt.

Sehr netter Service, alles wurde gut erklärt. Ansonsten personalfreie Abwicklung, schließlich ist es kein Hotel.

Gepäcktransport zum Appartment etwas unkomfortabel, da Parkplätze nicht in der Nähe. Wenig Ablageflächen für Klamotten.

"Beste Unterkunft in Chiavenna."

Perfekte Lage in Chiavenna, direkt am beeindruckenden Bach, in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Gemeinschfts-Gartenterrasse für Gäste ebenfalls mit Blick zum Bach. Ehrwürdiges Gebäude, Appartment gut ausgestattet in hoher Qualität. Gute Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Besonders klare und umfassende Anweisung zum Zutritt ohne persönliche Anwesenheit der Vermieterin. Leicht verständlich, perfekt. Chiavenna ist ein attraktives Städtchen in atemberaubender Umgebung. Ideal als Basis für Ausflüge in die Berge auch in der nahen Schweiz.

Wine cabinet with selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Comfortable bed and great shower. Loved the vaulted roof and the location was perfect for exploring the village.

De centrale ligging, de uitgebreide uitleg die we voor aankomst ontvingen. Supermooi ingericht en prachtig terras.

The view and location were perfect. Room was lovely and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were lovely and the pre-filled pay-per use bar was ideal.

The neighbor on the ground floor was a complete asshole. I pressed the doorbell by accident because I was unfamiliar with the lightswitch - which is right beside the doorbell. I'm movement impaired so I need good lighting, and he was extremely rude when I explained I pressed it accidently. Put labels in English to avoid mistakes like this.
