Uber Close to Ohio City, Cleveland (Lower)

Clean, nice cozy apartment to relax in.

Floors and rugs were very dirty and looked like hadn't been swept or mopped in months unfortunately, there were bugs on the floor and tons of debris on the floor which felt dirty to where I made sure almost never to walk barefoot.. It smelled very musty not clean & fresh, the mini fridge wad also very dirty and needs cleaning and the freezer needs to be unplugged and defrosted. Air conditioning also did not seem to properly work which was also disappointing.. Would not stay here again with these circumstances.

The design of the space was nice - they tried! The Host was very responsive to our issues.

The space wreaked of pot as soon as we got there. The Host had Febreeze delivered. There were hairs on the bed cover and bathroom floor; we removed the bed blanket and cleaned the bathroom floor ourselves. Not enough kitchen utensils. The AC would not shut off and we froze until we replaced the batteries in the thermostat - happen to have had some in our bag. The Host sent over a space heater. The neighborhood was a bit blighted, not what we expected. But it was quiet and neighbors seemed polite enough.

Clean, cozy, nice decor and very comfortable.

Upstairs folks loud noises after hours.
