"We had a good stay but the place needs some deep cleaning"

Good location. 2 shower rooms.

Smelly towels and pillows. Smelt like smoke . Cigarette ends outside back door . Thick dust on lamp shades over kitchen. No dishwasher. Grit on floors. Dog upstairs barking in the night..

Location is excellent. Close to eating, shopping and walking along the beach. The trams are not too far also.

Limited parking. The apartment lacks a coffee table and the sofa bed is uncomfortable (cushions need constant re-positioning).
