One bedroom lodge in the countryside

warm, inviting and you can park your car right up to the door. love how quiet it is and dark at night for a good night sleep

This stay was absolutely amazing, Alex was the most helpful and friendly person. Cosy stay, log fire was a highpoint for me, rainy evening and a fire, nothing better. Clean, tidy and great. Staying again for sure

Nice comfy bed. Log fire. Nice bathroom. Nice hosts. The Forum Chinese restaurant not too far away to either drive or ride a taxi. Nice touches with bagels and freshly laid eggs, although we had to skip breakfast.

A touch noisy early morning due to farm activities but I'm a light sleeper.

Nothing it was all lovely

lovely little place, clean warm and cosy the host are so lovely couldn’t do enough for you, even asked my daughter if she wanted help bring the horses in (she’s animal mad) 3 lovely little dogs, very peaceful at night beat night sleep I’ve had in a very long time didn’t want to get out of bed, the best is very cosy and good quality pillows and bedding, the place has everything you need from shampoo to milk butter etc, log burner was started as we arrived didn’t keep it going at night as the place was hot and cozy , can’t wait to come back again

there’s nothing we didn’t like about the place

Warm, cosy, clean, spacious and comfortable. Alex and Finula were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
